Worship
For the season of Advent, we will meet indoors in two services, at 4:00pm & 5:30pm.
Indoor attendance requires sign-up ahead of time. Each Tuesday at 4:00pm, the sign up for the following Sunday will open. During Advent, there will be no congregational singing at the 4:00pm service and limited congregational singing at the 5:30 service. There will be no nursery or Godly Play during Advent.
Each service will be capped at the number allowed by our seating map based on the size of attending groups. Groups can sign up weekly at the link below. Sign ups will open the Tuesday preceding each Sunday Service.
At the 4:00pm service, there will be no congregational singing for the season of Advent.
At the 5:30pm service there will be limited congregational singing.
The 5:30pm service will be live streamed for remote participation.
From 5:00—5:30pm we will have warm drinks and fellowship outside on the playground.

Holy Eucharist
We will gather safely outdoors for the Holy Eucharist service together at 5:00pm each Sunday, maintaining our rhythms of worship and encouraging each other from a safe distance.
What to Bring
Seating for yourself and your family: chairs, blankets, mats.
Shelter/shade: a pop up tent or umbrella.
Your Book of Common Prayer!
Masks for everyone over 12*
Water/Snacks as needed
Hand Sanitizer*
*we will provide these as well
Safety Guidelines
We ask that everyone who is 12+ and able to safely wear a mask or other face covering while moving around the campus. This has been shown to significantly reduce the spread of infectious droplets and is an important way we demonstrate love and respect for those around us.
When you arrive, set up in a spot at least 6 feet apart from other groups.
Wash or sanitize your hands often especially after touching a common surface (these will be rare, mostly just bathrooms)
Layout and Logistics
See the diagram below for how we set up for a Sunday service.
What if it Rains?
Brief afternoon downpours happen almost daily in Western North Carolina, however, we will host our outdoor Holy Eucharist services rain or shine! If it’s raining during the service, parishioners are welcome to shelter in their cars and tune into the FM broadcast of the service on 104.5FM until the rain lets up.
Live Stream
If for any reason you prefer to join us remotely, you can watch the live stream of our Sunday Eucharist at the link below!

For Children
On Sunday afternoons we will post a new Godly Play lesson for our children. Typically, the lessons are followed by a “responding time” in which the children work with open-ended creative materials to process what they heard. We encourage you to offer drawing supplies, playdough, watercolor, collage materials, or whatever other supplies your child might enjoy working with for a few meditative moments. For more on how to implement the rhythms of Godly Play at home, contact Laura, laura@redeemerasheville.com
